Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

Faino Law collects the name, company, email, and message you submit through the contact form on this website. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Advertising and analytics

This website runs no advertising pixels, no analytics tracking, and no session recording. We do not track you across other websites.

Third parties that receive data

Three services are involved in running this site. This is the complete list.

  • Formspree delivers contact form submissions to us. When you submit the form, the name, company, email, and message you typed pass through Formspree on the way to our inbox. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.
  • Google Calendar powers demo scheduling on our demo page. It does not load unless you click to open it. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser. If you would rather not use it, email us and we will schedule directly.
  • Google Cloud Storage hosts the images on our Insights page. These are files in our own storage account, and loading them sends your IP address to Google as our hosting provider.

Fonts and other page assets are served from our own servers, so simply reading this site does not send your visit to any font or advertising network.

Links to other sites

Our Insights page links to articles published by other organizations. Once you follow one of those links you are on their website, subject to their privacy practices, not ours.

Important

Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time sensitive information until the firm has confirmed representation.

Questions about this policy may be directed through the Contact page.
